At Cometh, we call them troops. They are communities composed of investors, managers and gamers, all gathering around common goals. These organizations can have an unlimited amount of members. In general, they recruit their crew based on their skills and share the profits earned from P&E mechanisms among the organization with a fixed percentage for each role (investors, managers and gamers).
