In this case, Tenant chose to assign Spaceship to a subtenant. Tenant became Sublender and only Subtenant can play in exchange of a part of Sublender's profit distribution. Lender's profit share isn't affected.
Lender gets 50%, Sublender gets 32% and Subtenant gets 18% of total profits generated by the spaceship during the rental.
